- XS would be a women’s UK size 6-10 and a men’s XS / 36-38 inch chest
- S would be a women’s UK size 12-14 and a men’s S / 40-42 inch chest
- M would be a women’s UK size 16-18 and a men’s M / 44-46 inch chest
- L would be a women’s UK size 20-22 and a men’s L / 48-50 inch chest
Sizing comes up slightly bigger than average as it is meant to be worn a little oversized for comfort so if you’re unsure then go down a size.
